Shifting Out of Fear: Techniques from Colette Baron-Reid
As has been said by a number of spiritually enlightened folks that there are really only two primary emotions — fear and love — I have previously posted, on this blog, several energetic and meditative techniques [via channelings through Lois Wetzel, Patricia Cota-Robles, Tom Kenyon and others] relating to shifting out of fear, which may be found by typing “fear” or ” De-Stress” into the Search Box on the home page of this blog.
Here are some tools, to overcome or dissolve fear or anxiety, from Colette Baron-Reid to be found in the archives of her blog. Colette is a spiritual intuitive, a person who has been spiritually gifted since childhood.
